52-year old, CFO of Bed Bath & Beyond, Gustavo Arnal reportedly fell (or jumped) to his death from a building in Manhattan. A report from the Associated Press said Arnal was found by NYPD Officers unconscious and suffering from injuries consistent with a fall from great heights.
Arnal was reportedly facing a $1.2 billion stock fraud lawsuit at the time of his death. Arnal was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said an investigation is ongoing. Arnal’s official cause of death will be determined by the New York City Medical Examiner’s Office.
