An unidentified man reportedly set himself on fire outside of the courthouse where former U.S. President, Donald Trump, is currently on trial for attempting to falsify business records in order to cover up payments made to adult porn star, Stormy Daniels, who he reportedly had multiple sexual encounters with in 2006.
A report from the Associated Press said the incident happened at Collect Pond Park, located right across the street from the courthouse at around 1:30 p.m. on Friday afternoon.
Multiple witnesses said the man took out multiple pamphlets, tossed them around, then set himself on fire. The pamphlets reportedly had multiple conspiracy theories written on them. Nearby bystanders and police leaped into action to help the man, who was rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition. He died a short time later. Police said the man had recently traveled from Florida to be in New York.
